Just need to jump up the blocks on the right as they come out. You can go in the water without drowning (well I didn't drown anyway!).

nevermind wut u really have to do on the 3 rock part is junp on the gray rock and then jump staight up onto the littler gray rock and then jump over the three gray rocks
