Thoughts about code hint on window :
The three letters could be the name of the swimming winners you can see on TV after changing channel. Thought about number of letters in their name - even if greater than 10... but I'm missing numbers

take the numbers as you look on a stage at the announcement of results. From left to right: 2nd, 1st, 3rd So: 3; 16; 12. Then push the buttonand u get something like a cross :)

use screwdriver on the grey things left bottom corner, next to the bed. put the green tube you hav fro the cage in the hole, put the green cross on it and turn. you hav a key :)
