Only found 7 plus the troll at first try.

ahh 9 trolls and the gnome on first go could not find the tenth one anywhere!!

Most left screen:
Click windows, most right window, left corner of that window.
Click bushes, click the hole below windows and find troll.
Click area below door, zoom in on vehicle, click the left side and click the hat of gnome that is sticking out the hex nut.
Zoom in on gasoline tank(?) of vehicle, click the iron arch below.

Left screen:
Click bench, click right besides the birdbath, then door handle.
Zoom in on bench, click left of bench, then pit with fence, pit with leaves, top left corner.

Middle screen:
Click above bushes, click electric box.
Click door, plant on the left.
Click trash bucket, click overturned birdbath.

Right screen:
Click plant pot on the far left, zoom in, click between the wrought iron curls.
Click middle bench, the far right of the bench.
