the number you see in the pic + one of the words from source will give you a famous name google that + another word for demon :)

in fact you will need both :) 95 represents something most probably you're using at the moment (although not that one but belongs to the same) and that will help you to find a name,the other will give you the other name you need

wheres this so called "maths riddle" on level 11, theres nothing in the source.
those things on the image aren't any math symbol i know

in the first pic you will see a really easy maths operation it will get more difficult as you advance in the level :)

you need t*** zones don't forget title for being sure which ones you need is bit tricky level if you need i check the numbers you get just let me know it :)

Level 9 was easy (for a change). Solved it in a jiffy :D

no maths involved you just need the t***s and then convert :)

I quit on 15, its way too hard.
its not fair getting all the answers off sleepyhead.

I found the maths problems on level 11 a piece of cake. I worked out the number answer to 11^4 but it's telling me to go back and find the real answer :(

Level 5 can be solved without a printer. I don't have a printer either! You can use any photoediting software to assist you with this level :)

something like photoshop might do it but that thing costs hundreds.
theres nothing freeware to do that kind of thing and its not exactly what you'd call an easy procedure anyway. I couldn't solve 5 for the same reason.

EDIT:I cut it into 6 wheels.I moved each into place,and they seem to be in a weird(possibly demonic)language/system that i have never heard of or seen before...I better look it up.

i made it to level 15 and quit there several days ago.
a good riddle should be solvable with just google and your brain.
no software should really be needed.
I quit because i had to keep asking sleepyhead for the answers.

BTB is solveable with anything you have. Most software used in many of the riddles are free for the taking if you look hard enough (an example is GIMP though with EXIF its a bit tougher to get ALL the info- even then there are ways around it).

Some people may disagree and don't like a riddle that relies soley on Google and having to search every single level there is. A good riddle is a mix of everything.. audio (much as I hate them), visual, ciphers, Interesting yet obscure facts you may have to google.

I'm sorry you plan on quitting (seems to be your modus operandi) but a riddle is not always meant to be solved in 10 minutes.

Believe me.. there are at least 3 riddles I've been on for more than 9 months. One riddle level I sat on for 9 months alone only because I stopped and did not go back to it for that long. The riddle was well worth it though.

15 was tricky and sneaky. It's based on a very unusual "numeric" sequence and is googleable so you can learn about it. My trouble with that one was applying it because I have trouble with that sort of thing- trying to verbally solve something (that whole hearing thing.. lol)

9 months??? :wht: Well this is my first attempt at a riddle game and I find it very interesting, entertaining and I have learnt a few things along the way :) I think I've become addicted to riddle games now :P BTW still staring at level 21.

EDIT: I think I need some hints for level 21. So far the clues provided on the source code are not enough to get me started :(

there is a famous very dark movie that has the source hint in it. Try googling the person mentioned in the title + the source hint + movie


Oh and don't worry.. not all riddles will cause you to sit on the riddle for 9+ months. There are many that you can finish in a day or so. And many others will tax your brains LOL I like most of them- there's a few that I will either not do or start and abandon as I know my tastes and skill level. No sense in crying about it either.

for the record i quit playing oddpawn more than 4 times.
it didnt stop me coming back and being 1st to complete the last chapter.
i wouldnt come back and replay this though, once i delete all links thats me done with a riddle.

Out of everyone that I know of actively participating, I've not heard any complaints and I think just about all of them have finished this riddle. If there are non-finishers.. they don't post. You are the only one to really even say so. I HAVE seen people state that a riddle was not the best in the world and find problems with it but never to the level that you do.

Honestly.. BTB is not "unplayable", It may not fit your thinking patterns or strengths... but it certainly is not "unplayable". That's cool that a riddle may not be a good fit- I've not played or continued with a riddle for that very reason but that doesn't give me license to complain bitterly about it. I just move on or put it away for a while.

Mods: Do with this post as you see fit. The above is just a viewpoint regarding BTB but if it's getting too far off topic, File13 it.
