This is a tycoon type game where you manage an airline service. You act as the flight attendant looking after the passengers. Try and score as high as possible by keeping the passengers happy. The free version is in tutorial mode but has several levels. Enjoy! :D

this game was rally slow to start with and then all of a sudden people started ordering all at the same time. can you only upgrade things when you download the game?

I don't know how the downloaded version would work, Belondra :S I expect things as well as requests by the guests would be added gradually as a you progress through the game :)
