I think I have a different paint program then everyone else. I dont see any way to make anything transparent. I do have paint shop pro 9 should I use that?

no, in MS Paint. use the option that says "Draw Opaque" you should make sure that it's not checked

Well, if you can't use Paint for it, you can print them out, place them on top of each other and hold it against light/lamp.

To solve the white noise puzzle you must find another similar white noise segment and then "add" them together to cancel out the noise.

Use the Windows Sound Recorder program to MIX the two segments together.



But I have no idea where the other segment is

praisingfool, you dont need to play the podcast riddle, what mr. logic said is that it helps. you just have to manipulate the sound byte you already have and you will get the question

Use the Sound recorder and play with the noise file. Hint: you don't have to mix it like I thought earlier

I found the code.

Increase the contrast on both a and b, then overlap. Don't enlarge b but keep moving it around the center until you find the correct spot.

But I can't figure out how to break the code

just first make a list of perfect squares as that is the pattern, and match them up with each letter of the code
so u kno which square goes with each letter, have fun

Here is a hint for 14-It is not what you immediately think of when you read the clue. If you google the clue the answer will come up on one of the pages.

As for 12-13 try saving the picture in a different format. Hope that helps.

I used a calculator on 15 to solve it. I just kept doing the high-low approach. You know its going to have alot of eights in it so just keep squaring different numbers until you narrow it down. I'm sure there is probably an easier way, but that method worked quicker than I thought it would.

Well when I doubled the dimensions it fitted the letters as per usual, but nothing made any sense. I tried it rotated as well and still got nothing. Someone on another forum mentioned that "Great Caesar's Ghost" and "The Unlucky" are both Superman episodes, and apparently the editor for the Daily Planet says "Great Caesar's Ghost" a lot, but his name isn't the answer.

Instead of "save as" you can add mask.bmp to the end of the address in the address bar to see only the image and copy it directly. You learn a lot from this game. :-)

On level 16 the title at the top of the page is a clue to deciphering it. Beyond that I would try to decipher the possible six letter words first. It was kind of time consuming but thats how I did it. You need a hint for level 18 Trolly? I finished the game yesterday.

Don't worry about deciphering the words on the picture, the true clue is hidden somewhere else on the page and one of the accessories in the program folder can help you find it.

The mask isn't the problem. The problem is finding the right cipher. It has something to do with the title.
