Well, just another riddle :) First one I made, though.
There are 17 levels so far :) Any thoughts/bug reviews are highly appreciated xD Enjoy, it's not that bad, i guess. :D

Well, find the thing you decoded, then see: I didn't put the ''14th, 2nd...'' that way over nothing :o

Seems theres a difference between knowing the answer and knowing what the creator thinks the answer is.

what else uses dots apart from morse?
braille? thats doesnt seem to fit with prison which makes no sense to me at all.

Copy and paste the dots to Word so you can see them better xD I picked this code becuase the other ones I know are too easy to decode x.x Even though this one isn't that hard :P

When you google the result, you find a *****. Apply the numbers on it's l*****, and you have the answer. There's no need to anagram :)

Google will not help on level 10, it's a logic level. Find what is hidden in the question marks, then convert ;) Use the first one that's already done as a guide =o
