Do you mean heart shaped pin? You use that on the little box you get behind the red book on the shelf. Put the red book in the empty slot.

the number you are talking about works on door with number code lock

found NOTHING inside the room.

So far:
heart shaped necklace from behind TV table, opened box from behind red book, got the key, got the watch from under the left sofa... found the red/blue thing inside black book...

Edit: found out the crime scene... ¬¬

Edit2: Found diary, switched on the lamp??

Edit: Found another heart necklace In the close up scene of the body, look to the right you will barely see the chain... then held up necklace to light and got 3 numbers... now trying to figure out other 2

Edit: And I'm out... hope they come out with the sequel soon!!!

HINT: To get the rest of the code for the crystal you have to pay attention to when you first start the game...

Few questions so I know where you are:
You obviously opened the crystal b/c you got the key for the backdoor, but it is telling you you need more evidence...
Ummm...
At the body:Did you click on the blood pool on the floor so it says she was trying to write something in the blood?
Did you click on the buttons until "SJ 4153179011" pops up on the phone and a message on the bottom of the screen says someone tried to call this number?

So far I have watch, necklace with heart pendant (and 3 numbers), diary, and "Susen's knife. No collection of keys, yet. I've tried using the knife on different locks and the football, but so far, no luck. :( I am now stuck.

you should put the heart shaped locket on the lamp(turn on the lamp first),then you will see3numbers_ _ 784.have you remembered the number onthe door when you start this game? that's 19,so the crystal code is 19784...

what lamp? I started over .. and now I ask.
found pin by pot to open door, watch necklace and box. saw 12 page book So at this point I am hunting for something I don't see.
need 5 numbers
saw numbers on phone (missed call), moved ?stopper? in sink, refraining from using necklace on box but I don't see a lamp.
feeling like I'm missing something that would bite me if it were a snake.
resorted to walkthrough - yep. Thought I had tried there dozens of times.
I think it should be required to type in killer some place to get out ..

so much red...they had a pretty good colour scheme going on, nice animation too, but the begining start thing kinda shocked me cause i was focusing on the fireworks for the "50th" game thing then a bloody picture shows up LOLXD, i've got a box...that's about it...it's a pretty good game, i'll continue it tomorrow when i feel like it...
