Riddles

Heey!

I really like riddles, and I would love to make one myself, but I don't know how.
Am I supposed to just make 50 sites or is it just one site with 50 pages?
If someone knows how to make a riddle, please post it here and you may find a guitar-riddle on Gamershood within 3 months :)

Well, for the technical questions probably emily3035 could tell you more since she has already 2 riddles that are posted on GamersHood.
And first you have to upload your game somewhere and submit it to GamersHood who decides if your game will be hosted on GamersHood aswell.

Its not hard. If you know, very basic HTML, or just copy the tags from a site, its very easy. I made one in about two weeks. Its not very long or that hard, but its a start.

Im trying to make another one...Im finding it hard to do the HTML of what I want to do because I basically learned all of my HTML of off w3schools.com and thats the bare basics.

I want to do it like a story kind of thing, like " you wake up in a room, how do you get out? " and you have to solve riddles to progress the story kind of thing... its quite hard lol.

I suggest using

Try learning everything on that page. All the examples, go into each and try it out until you get the hang of it, then go to the next one. In a few days you'll be finding it really, really easy. In a few weeks it will be second nature.

Then you can go and try harder HTML things.

im doing one in flash 8 atm, thats a tiny bit harder than html, im still figuring if i can get the pass~string to go to a next fram if the frame rate was reduced, s0o far, im stuck.

@Mojo, you mean this link? However I am sorry, but just like I told you in Chit chat, I really don't have experience with making riddles or any computer language. But probably someone else can help you with it. Just have a little patience. ;)

However this takes a little more time than what I have already mentioned in that thread. And I have been very busy lately, aside from everydays work I was trying to finish my own riddle game, give hints for my levels / answer the tons of PMs I got ;), and doing moderation stuff here.
Please be a little patient, I try to give some first general instructions to get you started within a short time :)
