Leez, I also slowed it down on 20 to see if I could better determine the breaks. Unfortunately it didn't help any. I think the breaks you determined were pretty close to mine.

Those last three were too easy, now we're paying the price. If we have to figure out our own breaks this could take a while. If we missed a dot or a dash or added one where it shouldn't be it would throw everything off.

There are programs that convert midi to sheet music. I never found one that was free though. I'm sure there probably is one, I just never found it. I like riddle games but I'm not spending money for a program I'll never use again.

That ones a hard one Sammy. Each word is connected to the next somehow. Problem is if one is wrong than you can't move on. You also need the clue in the source.

This is a pretty hard one, I worked on it for 1 whole day.
Some hints for the ones you have to find out:
1st: Describes the person and rhymes with the above word (that is given)
2nd: Copy-paste the map into Paint to have a bigger picture of it and see how it is called (first part of the word is the same as the above word)
3rd: Look at the hint and change the 2nd word according to it.
4th: The 3rd word gives you a hint on it, what association do you have with the 3rd word?
5th: Google the hint and you'll find another word for it.
6th: Change one letter (association with the above picture)
7th: Google for 3rd + 4th + 5th word to get a title.

You also have to decode the sequence of letters in the source to get a hint on username and password.

There are many people giving up on this game in the early levels. I don't feel that post was at all inappropriate. People do not always have the benefit of working together on a riddle this hard. I know none of us would probably be as far we are without the clues given between us. As long as a hint doesn't allow people to competely skip levels I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Perhaps adding spoiler tags would be a good idea just to give people the choice whether or not to view it. Thats just my thoughts though.

Yes, we have had this problem aswell at some levels.
In that case I closed the window of my internet browser, emptied the cache and opened a new window and clicked on the bookmarked level (or previous level). Usually it worked then.
Jack did it by visiting a couple of other websites before returning if I remember well.

You need to familiarize yourself with html source codes to play riddle games. You need to right click the page and choose view source or go to view in the menu and choose source. If this is your first riddle game I recommend you start on an easier one like Tricky's Riddle before attempting one as hard as this.

Lol, good thought jack. If you only had a similarly revolutionary idea on lvl 23 - I think I googed anything I could but did not turn up with any solution. So if ggshore is Eugy, please help us!

I'm not familiar with the German version of Windows, so I'm not sure what differences there are between that version and the North American version. Have you ever played any other riddle games that require doing that with notepad, I know of quite a few that use that technique.

btw the new levels of Cryptos are out, I don't know if you played that one or not. I'm playing that until such time as I figure out another idea for this game.

No, I haven't started Cryptos.
To be honest I usually started with some riddle games but had to give up very soon. This is my first riddle where I got that far (thanks to your friendly help and my endurance this time).
So I'll have to take a closer look at the note problems, I'll find out for sure. Thanks for your answer jack :-)

Not yet, but posts 528 (I read the hompage and noticed that Eugy enjoys programming) and 626 (Most people wouldn't notice the homepage change so quickly) sound like something the creator might say. There are other small details too. You are very helpful and know several methods to solve some levels, have never asked for help, and joined right after I posted this game. Plus the rabbit that you put in your post on occasion isn't one I see very often and the icon for the game is a rabbit. I think definate proof lies in your nickname however. ;) Great game by the way. :D I hope you stick around.

It's not very clear with the spaces so sometimes it is also a trial and error thing (it was at least for me).

The key to solve that level is NOT your ear. (Well... it may be, but it's difficult...)

Yes, this is one of the tracks I try to follow. The other one is to take the second pic as a hint for what to look concerning the decoded letter sequences (don't know if you understand what I try to say here...).

I'm trying to make a kind of crossword from the words. One part of words vertical, the other part horizontal, but no luck so far to get any solution words.
