This is the latest Korean escape the room game from Bangtal.com. Your goal is to find, collect, and use items to solve puzzles and escape the room. Good luck, and happy escaping!

I do not know if language will be a barrier to complete this game.

Note: I did a search, and didn't locate it, but due to the search engine's restrictions on three letter words, I can't be sure it isn't here. Please let me know if it is.

This is the first I have seen this game. Made two passes through the car and all I have are yellow thing (sponge?) and CD with code on back

I really wanna play the slot machine in backseat. Gotta be a coin somewhere.

Edit: Oops, not a coin operated machine. Its a puzzle. Oh well still looking at 11 empty inventory slots and no clue what to do next.

Sure wish the cavalry would ride in.

Haha! I can imagine that! :haha: And well, now there are three of us. A shame the CD player doesn't work. We could play some clown music...

I'm stuck with both of you...Seems the CD code shows that the numbers represent certain symbols/letter? :?

EDIT 2: Got the backseat open, and also found a red circular thingy on right front seat - side view. Did the same with the driver's seat and got a screwdriver, I think.

EDIT 3: Also found key on passenger visor

EDIT 4: Now I found a Blue key and a metal rod thingy in the backseat.

EDIT 5: Woohoo! Now I'm cooking! I found the clues for the slot machine thingy! Just gotta solve it. :D Once you can turn the car to ACC, you can put the CD in the player. :D

Meh...I can't figure it out....*keeps trying* Where are you guys? :P

EDIT: Found that the "metal rod thingy" actually is a new tip for the screwdriver. You can then use it to Undo the speaker on the driver's side. That gives you another blue key. Bet you know where to use it. ;)

Alright Escape, wtg. :appl: I can't do any of those things even with the hints. Not one of those items seems to be anywhere where you say.

@Dark Halo & RBS....For the screwdriver When facing forward in the car, click the very bottom left seat in the corner, and you get a new view. Then click the right hand side of the little circle thingy with holes in it. That moves the seat, and you see the screwdriver. Try doing a similar thing on the other side for a red disk. ;)

@RBS...Yeah, it kinda is. The hotspots are pretty small. :S

I also found a green thingy. I think it's a fuse, but I can't put in the spot I found. :wht: It won't accept it, but I don't know why.

I tried to brute force the slot machine as well. Of course I was assuming each symbol was used only once. No luck there or the briefcase. Haven't found the afore mentioned wash and green thingie

What items do you have, Dark Halo? Cuz I have quite a few items, and need help Making the stinkin' fuse go in its slot!!! I am thinking the suitcase and the slot machines are some of the last things to be done...

Might have to raid another site for help. :P

@RBS....The wash is in the glovebox. Along with the clippers. You can get a key for the glovebox by using a NEW tip on the screwdriver and using it on one of the speakers.

@Dark Halo..Use the clippers (may need to pull the blade out when zoomed in on the item - Don't remember) on one speaker and the screwdriver on the other speaker. One of the speakers has the fuse.

@Whoever... :P And I still can't get the fuse to go in, but I was able to turn the ignition to ON now. :D And thanks to EG24, I found that you show the red circle thingy in the right side view mirror to aid in solving the code for the briefcase. Gotta work at that now...

I think I've got the code for the suitcase, but it does not work.. 312 Which means it is not correct or do not know where to click....

@Kzin....For the suitcase First, be sure you got the letter code from the rear view mirror. Then, use the red circle thingy on the right mirror (once car is on) and notice where those letters are located. Then, look at the left mirror and decode the smilies to numbers (from the CD from earlier) and the corresponding smilies to the 3 letter code from the rearview mirror should give you a code. Then do the math on the back of the CD to that number. ;)

OH, and yeah, that number wasn't any of the numbers I got. Don't know if they're different for each player though. :?

@RBS....Slightly to the right of the ignition, there is a hot spot that an arrow will appear turning town. Trace the arrow with your mouse.

Ok back from the hospital. And now im stuck again.

tried the smileys on the paper and took the numbers and did the same thing i did for the code backwards to get letters.

So far nothing has worked

I missed another good escape game. Nevermind, I have read all the previous posts and have just about got it worked out. The fuse box is still missing a blue fuse and now I'm trying to work out the slot machine.

I don't recall using the yellow key and there still is a yellow box in the briefcase.

The yellow key was for the thing between the seats. if I remember correctly.

And well, I only got the green fuse from the speaker (I left a spoiler about how I got it which I don't fully remember now. :P). Never was able to put it in the fuse box. I tried and tried, and it never worked. But after trying, I was able to turn the car ON. And I hadn't been able to do that before, soo....

And lastly, as far as the yellow box in the briefcase I never use it. Don't think you can....

Thanks Escape Girl. I've done nothing since my last post, my son decided it was a good time to phone.

The fuse is Green, which makes it a 30Amp fuse. There were 2 vacant slots, 15A and 35A. I put it in the 35A slot. After I did that, I still had the fuse in my inventory. Perhaps you had placed it without realising you did.

Sweet dreams.

Here's how to solve the slot machine.
Step 1 - Forget about all the other codes you have seen.
Step 2 - Get the blue paper and the phone from the briefcase.
Step 3 - Place the phone on the holder on the dash and turn it on. You'll get an email. Scroll down the email and find a grid pattern.
Step 4 - Look at the blue paper. It gives us a 1=code and a 2=code. Unforget the 1=horizontal and 2=vertical then apply these to the grid in the email.
Step 5 - Read the "co-ordinates" of the black squares and use the symbol in the position show by the roman numeral.

Out, I left the ignition and the lights on so that whoever locked us in will find the battery flat. Also does a rain dance hehe.

To help anyone else, here's a walkthrough:

Click the driver's sun visor. Click the 3rd CD. View the CD. Click the right side. See "+435. 1=horizontal, 2=vertical". Click the bottom, left corner of the driver's seat. Click the right side of the round wheel. Get a blue screwdriver. Click the passenger's sun visor. Use the screwdriver on the mirror. Get a gold key. Click the bottom, right of the passenger's seat. Click the handle. Get a red disk. Go right.
Click the yellow thing from the door. Get a sponge. Go right.
Click the middle seat on the light coloured bar. Use the gold key on the divider. Get a blue tipped key and a screwdriver part. View the screwdriver. Click the tip. Put the other part in it. Go right.
Use the screwdriver on the speaker. Get a blue key. Go right.
Click the glove box. Use the blue key. Get wash and nail clippers. View the sponge. Use the wash in the middle of the sponge. Go up.
Click the rear view mirror. Use the sponge repeatedly over the mirror till letters appear. See BFE. Go right.
View the clippers. Click the nail cleaner part. Use the clippers on the right side of the speaker. Get a fuse. Go left, left.
Click to the left of the steering wheel on the little square. Use the clippers to open the panel. Put the green fuse in the last spot. Click the ignition. Use the blue key. Move the mouse over the right of the key to see and arrow. Click the arrow till the key is ON. Click the CD player. Put the CD in. Note the smiley patterns. Go left.
Click the mirror. Note the smiley dudes. Go right, right.
Click the mirror. Use the red disc. Note the letters. Go right.
Click the briefcase. Click the codebox. Use the hint from the passenger mirror with the rearview mirror. Find where BFE is on the mirror. Use this with the smiley's from the driver's mirror. Match those with the smiley's from the CD player to find what number each is. BFE = 214. Use that with the CD code +435. 214+435=649. Enter 649. Get a cell and blue paper. View the paper. See ^^ ++ -- >< and II I III IV. The hint from the CD states these smiley's are 4561. Go left, left.
Click the blue button on the dash. Put the phone on it. Click the button on the right. Click the down arrow. Note the grid. Go left, left.
Appy the grid to the II I III IV. The II is the 4th spot, I is the 3rd spot, III is the 1st spot, IV is the 3rd spot. Apply that to 4561. So, 2nd digit is 1, 1st digit is 6, 3rd digit is 4, 4th digit is 6. 1646. So they go in order of >< -- ^^ --. Get a button. Go left, left.
Click the ignition. Turn the key to Start. Go up.
Put the button the slot. Click Open. Click the sunroof.
