Use the wire cutters on the park bench behind the girl, 3rd wood plank down, and you get a stick / board

Got: hammer, wire cutters, two candies red & yellow, stick, 2 keys, purple rod, last 4 items and OUT!

found something but need to know how to do a spoiler.

Bolt cutters removes cross bar from purple "A" frame in back.

I hope I did that right.....

purple bar is for missing step on ladder.

I'm in the same boat as NannaJoy, can only teeter-totter! And turn the water on & off!

no need for the water ,
to get startedfind red sweet in bushes on top(above water),then find hammer in next screen between two trees,use hammer left side of the gate,use nipper on left swing toy
