Hints:
Look at the color of the object, then look through a list of those "movie characters" to find one that has the name of it. I had that already yesterday. But: you have to add the original "normal" color name aswell.

Yes I did check a list of those characters named in the source, but there doesn't seem to be a single one of the many, many characters that have a name similar to that particular color, ergo I must be colorblind :S

it's not a name similar to the colour as much, e.g. it doesn't rhyme,

you are looking for almost a 'shade' or type of that colour,
Take the colour green for example, you could use: apple, emerald...etc

yeah I knew about that one, I guess I was just hoping I was missing something, because with whats there I don't think there is anything left to try.
I have got quite a good picture of the image now, but I really don't think what it is of any importance.
My major theory was that the image was representing some kind of
hallucination - something commonly assosiated through our friends favourite hobby! ;) but have tried pretty much everything I can think of to do with that

Well, thanks to dazedncrazed I got through level 4, but I had been nowhere near the right solution, no wonder since I had never heard of such an object of that particular color existing, so it never crossed my mind.

I've been wondering, there's a small green part on the figure on the picture for level 5, that strikes me as odd since the rest of the picture is yellow/blue/red, maybe that has something to do with the solution or maybe I'm on the wrong track.

It shouldn't be this hard, I mean at the start of the game it says that you will only need Wikipedia, Paint, some common knowledge and a little fantasy, so maybe we are just overthinking things :S

The first I did was surching in the drugs area. Because of the color use in the pic which is kind of psychedelic. But so far it didn't work.

I don't think there is a certain amount of words for each level, for example the level 3 puzzle had 4 words as its answer.

But I do think we're on the right track with the 420 (I've been thinking about that too, it just never occured to me about that date) and the drugs. But I fail to see exactly how it all links together. Or well, meaning I can't figure out the solution.

I think you go really far now, if you make a game like this, you won't be thinking this far or nobody can ever solve it. I had to think so hard allready on the first level with the pen and <<deleted>> . I think thats allready "far" enough. it still has to be a bit logical. I don't like it when you just have to "guess" every possible word that has something to do with it. With a bit of common sense you should be able to "know" the answer, and that aint happening here!

Maybe we were already very close. But we didn't made the right combination. That happened to me in the level with the black object. I tried the words separate but not together.

I read something about that the answer would be a combination of 3 or 5 words. But are we really sure of that? Because I am not, but how would I know, I am just a newbie in this sort of games.

But it would be a bad one, being only understood by a small amount of people.

And there is the core of the poblem with this game, I feel: Erik is thinking Erik only.
But he should be allowed to, being his age.

I'm leaving this torture, but might check back. There is no easier thing than to produce unsolvable riddles.

On a more serious note, I read the thread on nordinho, I looked at Wikipedia about what 86 means, I tried putting the 3 different meanings of it down, and it didn't work...I'm still lost...help please :(

For those who haven't checked nordinho...or who is just lazy, I will explain this riddle here based on what I read on nordinho. I don't think anybody will mind that seeing as this pulled quite some teeth out :D

The picture doesn't have anything to do with the riddle, so we've been staring ourselves blind at something of no importance. The clues in the source code however are the important ones.

The source code has two clues one that says "<now thats WIKI fun>" and one that says "<code, 86...>". The idea here is that you are supposed to look on Wikipedia under the Code article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code and search on that page for the number 86, where you will get an explanation of what that code have meant and been used for. And this is the key to solving the riddle.

If the moderators would rather that I delete this post then I will do so, but I do think that people deserve to get done with this one rather easily, since we had so much trouble figuring it out, all 10-20 of us :)

The forementioned post on nordinho is here, apparantly Erik or the author of the riddle if Erik himself did not make it, joined nordinho on a request from one of their users in order to give them some hints.

And I must admit, I know what you're talking about but I just tried that one, with and without ', with _ instead of spaces, and just as it is on Wikipedia, and I'm getting nothing :S

Lol, the next levels ARE indeed easy...too easy :D But I'll admit I have trouble on level 9. I'm assuming it's the capital of the last answer he's talking about, but putting that in isn't working :S

And for level 10, well I figured the answer would be exactly like the song is called, not just one of its words...weird answers :S Or maybe it's just me...sigh :(

i had no problem with the song, if you look at it it has the beginning of the name. you just need one word to complete it.

For a lot of the levels he gives intermediate eggs. I think you can tell the level number by the image name (number). If there's no image you're on an agg.

The level after Newton (with img = 9.jpg) It's a simple number-letter substitution. Then compare this with the pic to work out what it really means.

I'm still stuck on the next level 10 - with the volume calculation :unknw:

So I'm stuck on picture 18, the picture of the cat, fan and curtain. I found the second picture with the words on it, but I can't figure out where to go from there :S A hint would be nice.

NVM, I got it now, I'm giving this one up for good though. It really isn't very well done at all (no offense to the creator). It relies too much on brute force and luck and not nearly enough on logic.

I really hope you don't take offense at my post, this riddle really needed a beta tester though. Just two examples I can give you offhand is the phone level near the begining and the game and level 5. The phone level is missing a letter when it is decoded, it is easy enough to figure it out but I'm sure it was not intentionally missed. As for level 5 it had people stumped for a long time, and I doubt it would ever have been solved without your post on another forum. The answer just seemed quite random to me, and I think another clue is really needed on that one. Level 10 was also somewhat misleading in the sourcecode, as the number shown really had nothing to do with the answer. I am aware that you put a lot of time and effort into making this, so please take this as constructive criticism. I just hope you do not take my words to heart and accept them for what they are, merely one man's opinion.
