Right-click the pics. And note the names. Look at title of level. What does fraternal mean? See if that is enough to get you started. Doesn't hurt to check weffriddle forums first for clues also.

No.
The only thing I see is two strings of J's separated by a mess of letters. And I've already written that off as irrelevant. I suppose I'll be kicking myself when I finally figure out the answer.

Paste the pictures into paint and then print them. Write next to each picture what they represent. It should remind you of something you should've learned about as a child. Use this and the hints in my previous post and you should get it.

Look at both levels. Look at the text and compare. See a difference? What do those symbols represent?
OK. Level 32. I have decoded the message. Tried dashanddot and even what they are used in but no dice. Is it that last part jumbled together? I decoded that as ".,"

Take a paper and copy the 3 separate texts from the picture. One above the other and compare. You will see a glaring difference. What word should be where that difference stands?

you might be, the thing about the internet was just so that when you have the right answer you'll know it. just take the four letters from the URLS (theyre in order) and you should have it

i've got the names of the urls and i know i have to find something to do with the internet, but i'm stumped.

The one with the 4 pics? triangle X square circle There's no tic-tac-toe there. And the hints I gave you earlier should've been enough.

Did you try what I posted before. What are the first four pics of. Write them down and try to figure how they are related. There is a 5th thing associated with them.

I left my pc for a while. When I came back, it was working again. I think the server just gets overloaded at certain times of the day. I just checked and couldn't get a pic either.
