Edit, answered my own question - so is game over when we're out of money? Apparently, I've achieved the last addition to my city which was the last chance to earn any money..........

LOL i got mayor of the year award and i was voted as an "environmentally-friendly" mayor and my town was used for botanic gardens and then some weird system has chosen me as their main headquarters! O_O" In the end got around 2.3m residents...

I had to play Urban Plan as a lesson in computer class.

This game was pretty fun, I won three awards before getting Mayor of the Year award, I couldn't go any further after I had a popluation of 1,658,782 and $23,000 left. I guess that means I didn't do very good, but there wasn't much left to do. I didn't have alot of money, and it didn't tell me what my city needed, so I messed around for a minute and got bored. Hehe.
