Action Replay Device is a device used to get into debug mode(used for specific game consoles)and it is really cool.I need it for super smash bros melee (a gamecube game).I'm asking if they are being sold in UK,please tell me!

It might be good to find this online that way you are not bound by trying to find it in your own country. I would try some of the discaount deals sites. For example, I did a quick search on Amazon & quickly found one there:

Doesn't matter,found one now.Also i was looking a gamecube one instead of DS.
