I'm STUCK on Level 14! Even with a walkthrough... I can't cut the rope on the windmill. I've used every single piece of sandpaper there was, even under the container, in the room on the left, front of the street, and by the mill. What can I be missing?

Duh, nevermind. Missed a spot (didn't know it existed!)

Woohoo! Finished Level 19... Now... how do I get to this new Level 20? I just got to the "The End" room!
