puzzle just worked for me. I was disappointed that the pieces automatically arrange themselves to the right orientation. Took a lot of guess work out of the puzzle.

So the colors on the back of the cat button are the same as the tacks on the bulletin board plus the red dot in the back of the diary. It looks like at least one of the notices on the bulletin board is talking about music (it says "CD" at the bottom), which makes me wonder if they all mention music and are each linked to a different song on the computer (the list on the computer seems like a music playlist, no?). Each song on the computer is attached to a number. Now, here's my (likely way off base) theory: maybe we're supposed to take the numbers from each song, do some simple arithmetic (I say this because of the 9 x 9 = 81 clue), and put the new numbers into the locked box in the order of the colors they correspond to on the pin
So obviously I'm way overthinking this, and this idea most likely will not work. I don't even know how to test my theory because I can't read the language so I can't tell which (if any) songs the notes might lead to.

I know there are only four empty ones, but there's five total, just like on the back of the button. I think that may be a hint that we're supposed to fill them in using the same sequence on the back of the button (the red circle is on the last page and the red circle is the last one on the button). It is true that you can't click on the circles in the diary, but maybe we're supposed to paint them somehow or stick the tacks from the bulletin board in them or something. I don't freakin' know.

Maybe we're not supposed to actually color in the circles on the pages in the diary. Maybe we're just supposed to imagine that they're the right color and then take a hint from whatever is written on the page beneath to figure out what number each color stands for. I don't know if that made sense or not, but either way I think you'll have to read this language and I just plain don't.

A goldtricket is a mispelled goldticket ! and this is what you have to find to leave the room.

If I remeber correctly, in game #1 the necklace gave a hint on using rainbow colors in the opposite direction, but thats all I remember (I mean : nothing about a math trick) :-(

Also I did not see anybody speaking about the use of the pencil-brush to finish the painting and changing it to see a rainbow (probably hint)

After being stuck at only the code for more then a half hour, I went trough this thread and found out that I never could find the code out by myself since you have to understand Japanese, pfffffff :P

I saw it on another forum. You have to be able to read Japanese to get it, so I don't know how to figure it out myself.

you don't have to use it for anything, you just need it to get out i suppose.

for an hour and a half the only paints i have found are Yellow, Orange and Purple!!! and i have used them...where r the rest??? can someone tell me what colours there left and where i can find them please????

OKay Wil someone tell me how to get the Green Paint

For the Green Paint
click on the cat asleep under the computer, then click under the bed. The cat under the bed will give you a "Kitty on a Stick" dust mop (That's just what we call it here at home) and you reach between the refridgerator and the counter with it to get the green paint.

For the Red Paint
You will get three keys, a red one from the white cat on the middle shelf, a gold one from the purse on the door, and a silver one from the bottom drawer. The silver one opens the desk drawer, and there will be a red ball with a wooden top, that is nail polish and you use it as red paint

For the Yellow Paint
It is in the wooden cat statue in the room with the door and light switch, just to the right bottom of it.

Orange Paint
It is in the pocket of the shirt hanging up by the door.

Light Blue
It is in the drawer that doesn't have a handle You feed the broccoli to the cat (I don't make the games, I just play them) and give it water and he will move. You need to scoop out the catbox, and the screw will come out. The wooden knob is in the bottom drawer Take it out and click on "About Items" and it will be enlarged, and you add the metal screw to it Voila! A drawer handle.

Dark Blue

Purple
Look in the trash can (or bin, if you prefer), it will be the only purple thing in there.

To find the necklace, you first have to complete the drawing...and on the picture, click the cat's yellow bell...nobody said that before. grr!

XgamersgirlX, the walkthrough...

1st screen: get paintbrush from dresser, purple paint from trashcan. Click on cat and then on button on top of bookcase and pick it up. Click on white spotted cat on second shelf until it breaks and get diary key. Get diary from bottom shelf(it’s pink). Use key on diary and try to read it. Go Right
Click on bottom of statue to get yellow paint.
Shirt pocket gets you orange paint.
Purse gets you yellow key. Go right
Top part of refrigerator gets beverage can; bottom gets broccoli.
Center of cabinet gets scooper.
Use scooper on litterbox to get screw.
Get the glass on left and turn on water and fill glass.
Put water in bowl on right and broccoli on bowl on left.
Click cat and then bottom drawer to get handle.
Combine handle with screw and put on middle drawer.
Open to get light blue paint.
Look at the beverage can and open it, then click it again to crush it.
Use it on the pink drawer in corner to get screwdriver. Go Right
Open curtains to get drawing.
Click just to the right of pillow to get silver key.
Click cat and then under bed to get the cotton swab from cat. Go Right
If you look at button you collected and click the number 3, it reveals some sort of code?
Use yellow key on dresser drawer to get red vial.
Use screwdriver on middle container on 3rd shelf to get dark blue paint.
I’m not sure how brandy got it, but the lockbox code is 9641898. Open it to get ticket.
Go to kitchen again.
Click cat and use silver key on top drawer and do puzzle if you want. It gives you a code for the computer..720CHE38. Use it if you want, but it doesn’t seem to give you anything useful.
Click the space between refrigerator and cabinet to reveal the green paint. Use the cotton swab to get it.
Look at your drawing and put all the paints on their flowers and also use the red vial on a flower. Once all the flowers are colored, click on the yellow thing on the cat’s collar. The drawing should be colored now.
Go to the front door and click the light switch.
Go to the screen with the computer and look under it to see the glowing keys.
Use them to open front door and you’re off to the concert.

Charm- you have to use one of the keys on the diary. I think it was the gold one

@Jessyitaly, that's correct, the diary is written in Japanese and nothing specific will happen after you unlocked it.

I don't know which flower you are missing, but you can find all the answers by reading the posts in this thread. :)

Maybe this game is less disappointing if you can read Japanese. The coloured buttons/pin etc turned out to be a red herring. Was fun to play, but the end was a total anti-climax

JUST DID NOT GET THAT UNUSUAL ENDING. Sorta like when you are watching a good movie and you anticipate an exciting ending. But then the ending kills everything about the movie you enjoyed. Ending had nothing to do with the game.

You don't need to, you just have to complete the flower painting, then turn off the light and you'll see the necklace. but you have to click on the painting click about items then clikck on the pic turn of the lights and look around
