Being 27, I'd say I have definitely "out grown" it too. But I have several friends having halloween parties and whatnot. Not exactly about the candy, though.... ;) I have class that night, though, so I'll probably not do anything... :(

I have a unique job, based on entertaining customers. I am a bit lucky that my job is based on making sure those who are there have fun. Some days my "job" feels very little like work. Halloween is considered by my work as another excuse to have fun! :D

However, I understand that most jobs do not require/need such a possition as mine. :P

I work in a small office - no one EVER dresses up. It's a shame. Would be fun. :D I will likely attend a Halloween party next Friday, and then go with my friend to take his little nephew trick or treating on Halloween. ;) I don't know what I'll be yet. :hmm:

I was going to be the grim reaper, but one of my brothers friends broke my scythe :(

Well, today I went to a giant corn maze nearby here, and got lost for about 45 minutes. :P My friend and I eventually split up to see who would get out first. :P The sun was setting when we went in, and it was quite dark when we came out. :P (He beat me out by about 3 minutes, he said. :shy:) They give you a postcard thingy when you go that has an arial view of the maze. I took a pic of it with my cell phone. (Sorry for the poor quality.) That's the one of the pics. Be sure to see the size of the cars compared to the maze. It's HUGE!! And the stalks of corn are something like 7 feet high, and its very dense (can't see through it.) The entry and exit are actually only about 8 feet apart. (On the left side of the pic.)

Then, we decided to be silly and carve pumpkins. :P Mine is the silouette of a cat, and his is the spider. :D That's the other pic. Mine was quite silly, and I didn't quite turn out as I hoped. :P Hope you like 'em. :P

Escape, that corn maze is HUGE indeed. Do they ever check if somebody is really lost? ...or they let you all loose? :P Pumpkin carvings are great! Seems like you had lots of fun!! :hug2: :hug:

escape - ive been to a corn maze like that :P it was really big too (about the same size but that one may have been a bit bigger :P) and we got lost for about 5 mins tell we realized there was the way out on the back of the map if you get lost :(

i was going to carve a pumpkin also but then i realized that no one ever goes trick or treating where my house is because everyone has grown old :(

And Hitman, to answer your question, they just kind let you loose in there. They have maybe 2 employees in the maze. And that's it. But I heard them say, that at 10 pm, if there is even one car left in the lot, all the employees have to go into the maze with flashlights and search until they find the people. :P

@ Heart...I have no idea if I'll get trick or treaters here at my new place or not, but I decided to carve pumpkins anyway. Just for fun. :D

@ Mcakkay....I hadn't thought of that, but it does!! :o :P
