i now understand how to translate and have done some using wiki but struggling, is there a better site?

I used wiki, once you get the first word and first few of the second word it should be fairly easy to work out what its going to say

the best is to google the system and search for pictures, then you get a translation that you like to use

wiki him and the answer is there-det er ikke så involvert som du legger opp til, hinten er avgjørende for å finne svaret.

level 6, the answer is in the first paragraph in wiki-just format it as i hinted befor-you can mix letters and numbers

Ok, I've tried highlighting the page, copying the text into word and manipulating it in different ways, changing the color of the text. It must've been a longer work day than I thought. I'm just not wrapping my brain around it. Thanks for your patience.
