you need to use a tool which a lot of riddles use - if letters are jumbled, how can you put them in the right order? there are a lot of sites which will do it for you! ;)

if you can't get past this then you will probably struggle a lot later on anyway - just try what has been suggested, you will feel a lot better getting the answer by yourself

Look in the URL. There is one word at the middle part that is the same as in the first line. Change it into the word from the second line.

im pretty sure that the clue gives you almost the whole word, just solve a few of the other ones so you have some of its letters, that should make the answer more clear

Yey, got 21!!!

It's difficult to give a clue. But remember which word is used very often. Then look at the sentence on the wall and select only one letter of each word according to those hints, then rearrange them.
