You have the answer right infront of you..... not on your computer SCREEN but it's there....... think, where are letters closest to you? When you figure that out you'll get it...

Has anyone got past level 2? I can make some sense of the second half of the cipher - it seems to relate to the level title in a way - however, it does not work for the first half - I'm cracking up - help?

Oops, I thought you meant the first LEVEL, the level that says "1" on it lol.... to start out, put your cursor on the words, you'll find it :D

knowing our luck we're probably on the complete wrong track. march past might not even have anything to do with the answer!

i just thought of something... what if the thing we're trying to decode is a name? it wouldn't show up on the decoder. oops. we might have to do this the hard way.

i really think you should take a look at post 28, try using that clue with the clue in the source

youre close, dont think of the left right as the order of letters, but as shift of a caesar code

franky and laurs: if you google that text enough youre bound to come across a reference to the book, which you need. its pretty impossible if you didnt read it. try finding out where the text was found in the book

it's a caesar cipher that follows the "left right left left right left" in order to decode

usually with a caesar cipher you pick the direction of the letters...so in this case look one letter to the left, then one to the right then to the left so on and so on

For 17, it's all about counting...once you have the sets of numbers. Remember, everything starts at 0. :)

a line on the top to the left side of ka means ke, similarly a dash to the left side of any alphabet like ra, da will be re, de, etc. that is how we write vowels in Indian scripts. since the, examples are given for only ka everywhere, you might want to chk the vowel type for all vowels and apply here.
