hey one bun how do you make your pics like that when I do screenshots it includes everything and then when I delete some stuff it just leaves a black border around it

I use photoshop to crop it. ;)

Paint works just as well if you don't own photoshop. Just copy the part of the picture you want to use in paint, open a blank canvas, and paste it in a new picture.

First of all you make a screenshot of the game. You can read how to make a screenshot here:

Then you upload the picture using the manage attachment option. You can find a detailed describtion about it here:
