Get food, medicine and money.
You need to get all the coupons from the weird guy. To do that, you must give him what he wants. Get the knife from the therapy session and cut up the woman in your bed. If you didn't know there was a therapy session, you have to explore more =s After getting the coupons, you have to order the sandwiches. Where can you find a phone...(Note: Try talking to everyone and see if you missed any conversations.) After finding the phone, you'll find that you cannot get the sandwiches due to the jerk up front. Find another way to get the sandies. Go to the top left of the TV room and inspect the window closely. Use something firm to pry open the window.(Must be at correct spot.) After that, just call for a delivery again.
Look at the arcade, find something to break the lock and get the change. Then just buy the medicine.
Get the cup from the water cooler, fill the cup, and play with the wires. While he's not looking just grab the bag of money.
I finished the game...if anyone got problems I'll try to answer them. I'd do a walkthrough but the game is looooong. So maybe next time...I know I say that but the spoilers above are about three quarters of the game. >.> But do ask questions and I'll try to answer them. Just a tip: If you're stuck, first talk to everyone to see if you missed out important stuff. Then, try interacting with different stuff to see if you found everything there is to find.

okay now since i had to restart i cant get the guy who is sueing to talk to me so i can't get the tasks anyone make a part by part walkthrough

well i have in my invintory a pen, Seiral Killers weekly, a coupon, Meds, a cup, a stick, key, the lady is still in my bed so i can't get the coupoons from the dude.

I just started playing this game and I'm really confused. How long do we have to wait until the therapy session? And I don't think I've met everybody, but I have met

Hungry boy, man with clipboard, cannibal, man in suit, woman in bed, man on couch, lobotomized guy and coffee dude.

Do I need to talk to more people? (Security guard implied.)

Sagerbee ~ when you are by the security man at the front desk click to use the door handle of the door to the left to go in and talk to the man in there.

Im goin mad tryin to find this 'crack' in the window to leverage.. can any1 help ive tried looking with the stick over the window, the eye, the hand, just the arrow.. but i still i cant find the 'crack in the damaged window' :(

Firstly, some info:
To walk, talk, look, interact, save game, load game, quit game and access your items. Move your cursor to the top of the screen.
To scroll through actions(walk, talk, look, interact) use the right mouse button.
To walk, you MUST have the walk action selected.
To use items, open the bag and click on the item. Close the panel and use it where you want to use it.
To combine items, select the first item, then select the second item.
A tip: If you're stuck, first try speaking to everyone. Then, try looking for things you might have not picked up.
Some changes might take place after a certain event so if you're really stuck, check all the areas for the differences.
If you're really really really stuck, or plain lazy, use my walkthrough.

Walkthrough:

First Objective: Talking to Everyone and getting to your room.

After the chat with the guard(Steve) you'll get a key.
Walk to the right and talk to the hungry boy and the doctor.
Behind the hungry boy's sign is a Red Pen, take it.
Go left, and through the hall into a large TV room.
Talk to the three people here, the cannibal(Peter), the man in the suit(David), and the man in the underwear(Erwin).
If you chose all the possible topics when talking to the cannibal, you will get a coupon.
Check the right bookcase for a Serial Killer Weekly.
Talk to Peter again.
You'll have to find him a human suit to get all the coupons.
Go through the hallway to find yourself outside the toilets.
Talk to the two men(Lou and Rick).
Check the left petrified tree and look for a petrified branch and take it.
Then take the cup from the water cooler.
Go to the left corridor and use the room key on the furthest door.
There'll be an old woman(Lucinda) lying there, talk to her.
Second Objective: Finding some answers

Go all the way back to the entrance and talk to the guard(Steve).
After explaining about Lucinda, he'll tell you to talk to Coopernickel(the boss).
His office is just to the left of Steve.
Third Objective: Getting the papers

Firstly, go all the way back to the outside of the toilets.
You'll hear a psssst.
Walk into the men's room and talk to Percy.
Leave the room and enter the ladies's room.
You'll find a Mr. Juarez in there.
Just keep talking on.
It seems he is busy with a lawsuit and other stuff and just won't print you your papers. So, you'll either have to kill him or get the person to drop the lawsuit. Sadly, you can't kill him, so find out who the person is.
You can ask everyone if they are the one suing, or, you can click the button below.

The man in the underwear(Erwin)
Sub-objective 1: Getting medicine

Easy one, go to the vending machines on the right.
Use the petrified branch on the lock on the Arcade.
Take the change and use it on the Medicine machine.
Give it to Erwin.
Sub-objective 2: Getting money

Go outside the toilets and fill the cup with the water cooler.
Go into Juarez's office(Ladies's room) and pour the water onto the exposed wire.
While he's distracted, quickly snag the money bag on the left.
Pass him the money bag.
While you're there, check the left of the TV room and see if the therapy session has started.
If not, you'll have to walk around until it is 2 o'clock.(I think you have to look at Steve's clock not sure though)
When you see the woman, talk to her.
Not sure if what you say affects anything, but I said, "What has this got to do with therapy" or something.
After that, you'll get your new friend, the Knife
Sub-objective 3: Getting food

Go to your room, and cut Lucinda up with your knife to show her who's boss, and to teach her a lesson not to sleep in psychotic little girls's beds. And to get her skin...Gross, I know.
Give the human skin to Peter and you'll receive the rest of the coupons.
Open your inventory and LOOK AT the coupons.
Go to Coopernickel's office and use his phone.
Finish the conversation and leave the room.
Talk to Steve and finish the convo again.
Go back and use the phone again.
You'll talk about Steve being a jerk and finding a way to get the sandwiches.
Go to the TV room and check the left bookcase area.
The window on the right of this area is damaged.
You can see the difference only AFTER you talked to the delivery service the 2nd time.
The damaged part will be named "Damaged Window"
Use the petrified stick to pry it open.
Return to Coopernickel's office and call for the delivery.
Return to TV room, talk to the delivery boy at the window and talk to Erwin.
Fourth Objective: Getting your ticket out of here

Go to Juarez's office and tell him about the lawsuit.
He'll print the papers for you.
After that, use the pen on the papers.
Go to Coopernickel and give him the papers.

CONGRATULATIONS!
You just earned a backstab and lots of endorsements.
Final Objective: Getting out of the place.

Go back to the Men's room and talk to Percy.
He'll tell you his plan to get out and give you, two melons a jumpsuit a dress and a red lipstick.
Use a melon on the jumpsuit and the other on the dress.
Use the lipstick on the two faceless dummies.
Now you'll have to find some stuffings.
Go to the hallway where Peter was originally at.
Look closely at one of the doors.
It'll have a sign on it.
Open that door to find a hanged naked man.
Take the pillow and blanket from the bed.
Use your knife on the hole and take the straw pieces.
The pamphlet and magazine are useless. But you can still pick them up.
Use the straw on the two dummies and return to Percy.
Talk to Percy.
Finally, just watch the conversations and CONGRATULATIONS!
Your final reward is game completion and Coopernickel's head.

I'm stuck again...
i've talked to percy about escaping and gotten the jumpsuit, dress, lipstick and mellons, and put them all together with the straw. it says that the decoys are completed. I have the pillows and blankets, but i'm not sure what to do with them. i've tried a few things, but nothing is working...what do i do now?

nevermind, that was dumb, for some reason i had to enter and leave the bathroom a few times before i cold tell percy that the decoys were finished, even though they were all along.
anyway, that was a great game, i really like it! thanks for the help Jeral!!
