I just made my very first escape the room game! It's formuly titled as scary room 2. Yeah i know its number 2 my number 1 is still in production lol.

Thats a current picture of it. Yes i know its not much but i couldn't find the right 3D making software :( it currently has a downstairs and an upstairs, the items are well hidden, its got about 3 video clips leading you to other events :) and i used a little bit of my house as well :P well i might download it soon on to gamer s hood :).

You need another piece to play it it's called Adventure maker you can download it from here.

To install it

1.scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the download link

2.when its done downloading pull it out on to your desktop

3.double click on it and when it asks for a project name click something different called open up project.

I would advise you to put all of your projects into one separate folder for quick opening

Well have fun guys :) i will try and get my first version of the game just to tell you the second does not give away much of the first one ok.

Ummm, that doesn't say too much. What kind of game are you working on?
If you post a thread, there should be at least some info.

So, did you finish it, and are fixing bugs currently? Sounds good. :)
And what software did you use?

i used Adventure maker pro only thing that i could use with out frying my brain lol. and yes i am currently trying to fix the bugs, they vary from picking up doubles of the same items, turning doesn't work sometimes. but hey i did a pretty good job for a beginner.

NOTE* when i upload this game into gamershood please inform me if you come across anything wrong with it you know like bugs glitches the frames skipping or items not appearing, stuff like that please contact me as soon as possible at

You can't upload your game to gamershood.com, you need to upload your game to your homepage or a free file host :)
But if you put here a link to it, some members might beta test it :)

And for the items that can be picked up again: You need to disable the hotspot :)

oh ok :( thats not fair lol i wish it was easy to upload it here directly on gamershood but oh well lol. oh and yes i realized that about the hot spots its just sometimes they dot want to do what there supposed to do lol.
