Parkour is a rather difficult sport in which you go directly from point A to point B as fast as possible. That means that you jump over walls and fences, climb trees and houses etc., in order to overcome obstacles in your way. You don't go around obstacles but you overcome them.

I did it a couple of times but falling off a bus shelter and breaking my wrist has led me to take a break from it (no pun intended)

I love Parkour,I am not that good in it.
But its exhalirating.
