'Criss Cross' word game

Not exactly a flash game but nonetheless free and online and playable. It's a hybrid word search type of puzzle where the object of the puzzle is find to all the words going from top to bottom, regardless of whether or not the letters form a straight line or even diagonal! Check it out

You are taking one letter from each row. So, a word in that puzzle would be

FURLED

using one letter from the word BRIEFS, one letter from the word VELOUR, etc.

Hmm. So you have to spell the words downwards? Can it be diagonally upwards?
