we're all about in the same boat....i have an outlet, a surge protector and i light bulb. i discovered a light switch behind a lamp as well. also, i've been able to click on stuff to get to closer up views,but haven't found much in those views.

make sure the two round pins are facing backwards, close item screen, select the outlet again and click on the pointy thingies. That worked for me anyways :SAre you sure you are trying at the right table?

Use it as usb stick, thus don't put the beetle together before you use it. I hope this helps otherwise I don't know why it doesn't work. :S

@Kzin... There are two main windows. You want to look out the one with the single table with yellow table cloth on it. If you are facing that window, you want to click on the right side of the table. Then click on the window. Once you have a window only view, you'll see a lighthouse that flashes the colors in the correct order. (It's on the left hand side of the window view screen.) *gives him some cookies and LOL's at his joke. :P

However, I took the beetle out of the port, and it said it was moving...:S If you put the beetle back together, then place it at the entrance of the mousehole, it leaves. Then go away, and return to the mousehole, and he brings you a blue key. I've used it in the drawer in the cabinet, but it's just looking for yet another code. :hmm: I need sleep. :P

You are in the wrong way.The shapes to the wall are actually buttons which you have to push them in the correct order.You will find the order
from the color painting

you havent't put the handle from the big blue door to the left of the stone fountain to the two squares

it's not JP, it's the letter after "travel" and a letter from a photo. The laptop is through the door.

Get the code from the icon on the desktop, then take the beetle out, then put the beetle back together and put it at the mouse hole; check the mouse hole after clicking somewhere else.

The shapes closest to the wall under the painting match the colors in the bottom of the painting, its like a reflection....
So if the top color in the pentagon is blue, and the shape closest to you on the floor is square, and the color blue is 3rd in the lighthouse sequence: square is the 3rd button in the stone wall code.

Once you enter the well room, zoom the right of the well and there is a trace where you put the fossil. It will stop the water. Then take the fossil back, the water has stopped . You will find two square holes on the left, where you can put the handle.
