This is a creative graphical puzzle divided into 15 stages. Each stage comes with a digital image that contains a text that allows you to get to the next stage.
If you manage to solve the puzzle on a stage, erase the current HTML page from the address field (Leave this part: http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/ ) and replace it with the text you found, then hit Enter and you will come to the next stage!

NOTE: The text is always in written in a clear form, it's just disguised in some way. There are no riddles or such things. The text is always located within the image file. it's never a reference to a place outside this website!

You have to be very focused. It's very hard to see, but it's possible. Answer includes 4 letter and 3 of them are .htm So there's only 1 letter you have to find.

Ok, in level 6 (http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/shdfe.htm) you must go to source(View -> Source) and track down the forbitten image url. Now go to there (http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/sumpkult/image6.jpg). Save image and open in Notepad. There you will see the next link.

Here is a way to go if you like...
Lvl 8: Look at the phrase and you will see there are two letters slightly darker then the rest.
For lvl 9 I think a picture program that can apply special effects like emboss on the picture can be of help.
Level 10 is strange because there is no need to solve a puzzle, the answer is staring us in the face.
I don't think there is much to say about level 11, it's just a question of finding all the letters in the picture.
Level 12 is well silly, I think, because there are only two letters and the second one is impossible to miss, the first however is like a border to the left. A slightly thicker line then the rest is what you look for.
The picture on lvl 13 looks like an odd symbol of maybe aztec origin. No, it is only letters put one on top of the other.
Level 14 is strange because it seems, just like lvl 10, that the answer is right there but there is a problem. The letters have little or almost no space between them and so we might think of a different letter than the real one. The hint is: look for FIVE letters and there is no Q.
Level 15 is a matter of altering the lightness of the picture. Use a picture program like XnView.

is that working if not i'll just tell u it is ca.htm the way i worked it out is simple the letters u need r the smallest bit darker

Level 3 is a three dimensional picture and not easy to make out. Stare closely at it so that the background falls back and a letter to the left seem to stand out. Of course htm stand out too but you already know that you are supposed to write the answer plus ".htm". It is only one letter you need for the answer. I hope this hint is of some use.

If you have trouble seeing three try this. Save the file as a monochrome bmp in paint. Copy the whole picture and past it over the original. Slowly move the copied image to the left over top of the original. At some point you will see what you were suppose to see without having to cross your eyes.

You need two letters for this one plus ".htm" of course. The first letter is to the left of the picture and seems to be part of the border framing the picture. If you look closer at the border of the frame you might notice that it is partly thicker then the rest. The second letter is so obvious one might miss it the first time. There is a big black area dividing the two greenish areas, but the black thing is really a letter.
