The code for the door can be worked out using the fruit on the table.

Not all the numbers found are used in the code. Just the ones with a color associated with them. The color order in indicated by the fruit.

okay...really getting ticked about this code...

I have a yellow 5, a red 9, a purple 7, a green 4, a pink 1, a blue 2 and a white 8...my "fruit" combination looks like an orange, an apple, some grapes, a green pepper and then something pink...so I'm thinking that my combination should be 59741...but it's not working!!! any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

oh...and I also have a key and I have no idea where to use it!

okay...so that made absolutely NO SENSE whatsoever...

it turns out that the little guy you paint is actually a red number 3...so the combination actually turns out to be 53741

I'm not really impressed by this game...

I believe the red guy is three because of the tic-marks.

I have tried clicking around under/around the fridge with the chopstick however I am not getting the key...

you are so close. Red is 3. The fruit code is Orange, Apple, Grapes, Green pepper and a peach.
