Escape 1 (aka Escape This Mistery)

[Mistery]

This is a Japanese (?) room escape game in English. Gather and use items to get out. Do not use TAB key, otherwise you need to restart.

Yeah me too. The game said finish, got an enormous hammer and now the door with Pang Pang. Good crisp graphics by the creator. Perhaps inventory screen would be useful as new games get longer.

Edit: Oh yeah I liked the sizing buttons bigger and very bigger :laughSMILE:

in the upper right hand corner of the door is a black spot, click it for a key to appear

but it still says i need something else

Yes Mistery the doormat comes out in two stages. It worked for me.

I paid attention to the paper, but I didn't see any password on it...

its all about counting

2 screwdrivers
4 poles
7 rooms (not counting 2 side rooms)
5 keys

then tried all combinations till i got it to work

I saw that # on one wall above a door, zoomed in. It was the room before the doormat room.

I am so glad you found that Tipper. None of us could comprehend the original explanation for the "passward" and thanks to your keen eye we now know the writing was always on the wall. Good Job!

Ok... so this was a peculiar but fun little game :D

I replayed it 3 times, and never was able to click on the doormat a second time. :sad: Had to give up. But, it looked like a cute little game. :)

It worked for me after restarting...

I have replayed the doormat room and it does lock up and never come out a second tug. To prevent this from happening when you get the doormat room be careful and leave to door alone until you do this sequence...

get pole, place pole on screw and knob, open panel with screwdriver, get paper

click under door without highlighting door for first tug at doormat, click the doorknob for "pang pang", click the doormat again


Hope this works for everyone.

Yup, it's a Chinese website but the game itself doesn't have any foreign language =)

(I did but only with help from the posts in this forum).
Hopefully the creator will read all the comments made about HOW FRUSTRATING it is to have to pixel click to do something & take them on board when they next create a game.

Did you get the "CD"? After that, move to the room on the right where the beam will be over a box and hits the wall at the end. Use the CD on the beam where it is above the box. It should reflect onto the box and BOOM.

Actually the wall says 2475 in one of the first rooms in a color much like the wall.
