I'm stuck on the same guy. :P I have tried at least 30 times. I like the game, and I'm persistent, so sooner or later I'm going to get it. :)

I get down to the very last chip and then he usually only has like 5 health left so when I break the seal, I kill him. lol

EDIT: I figured it out! :) Click on the "corkscrew" injection thingy, then on the healing cream, then on the patient... Follow the red area with your cursor. Do that a couple times and it raises his health quite a bit.

I can't get past the guy with the tracking chips :S When I finally finished getting his 2 first chips, I thought it was over, but I had to do the same to 2 more chips :wht:

I am having problems there too. I coudn't believe there was more to do after the first ones.

I got through all the guys, but I'm wondering what the key is for the secret files? And also - what in the WORLD does a girl have to do around here to get an A on a surgery? I've gleaned that the less I hurt the dude the better grade I get, but I've done that first surgery over and over again and can't for the life of me get past a B. Harumph. What do you guys think? What's more important? Speed or the pain gauge? I just don't know! :-p

Maybe the key is getting an A on all the surgeries? Sigh.

I think that to get a B, you must avoid putting the "patient" under any sort of pain (or at least cause pain that isn't needed), and to get an A, you have to avoid hurting him, and also be fast, which is really hard :S
I can't get past the B either.

I managed to get an "A" on the second and third guy, (Gracefuls and Cletus)but not sure how. I keep redoing the others, hoping to do better, and it hasn't happened.

Arrgh, can't pass the third guy. Should I just work faster?
Also I am not sure how and where I have to use the corkscrew as sedation. Doesn't seem to work. And has the blood sucker (vacuum) any use? Or do you only use that when you really screw up and can't see the area to operate anymore (because of all the blood)? Or perhaps it just needed in later stadia of the game?
Just trying to find out what I am doing wrong. :P

The corkscrew is used in conjunction with the pain gel. click the corkscrew, then the paingel. It will then show a circle with a red spot going round. Follow the red spot with your mouse. The pain gel will help bring up his heart rate if it gets too low.

With the third guy, take your time pulling out those quills. If you go too fast, it's a deduction and pain.

The vacuum is used to suck up excess blood, but also to put out the fires. Check the procedure manual on specifics.

Heheh, this game was fun. I just now found it on gamershood.com's forums. I played it like 2 weeks ago on adultswim.com's page and got through all the surgeries. I think the key will be put out once act 3 hits. Still waiting for act 2. I only got two A's. The second guy and one of the last few people (I can't remember what it was). I keep seeing that people are having a hard time on the dog-guy. Remember to burn the chip then quickly switch to the vaccum to get rid of the fire. I find that it is best to use the numbers at the top of the keyboard instead of moving the mouse to the items. That's how I got through the last two people with ease. I mainly have B's and C's on the clients, though.

Eddie is the one giving me the most problems. Burning those chips without burning him is tough!! Still only have a "C" grade on him.

For the chips, it's kinda hard. You'll have to at least play it two times in order to get a perfect one without burning him.
When you burn the chip, note the direction of the cut. For instance, if it is vertical, the next time you burn that same chip, burn in that same direction

For A, I think it has to be flawless(no accidental damages) as well as quick.
For B, most likely just has to be quick. Not sure though.

HA! Ok - got BAAAA BBCBA - Eddie being the only C! >:-( I'm having trouble blowing up the chip without burning Eddie up (I'm not understanding the direction of the cut hint, Jeral?) - I'm able to do it sometimes, but I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing. Also, after I've gone and blown up his computer chip, I'm having trouble finding enough blood in time to treat the fire. Should I be sucking up blood ahead of time? Will it be saved in the vacuum, or do I need to vacuum the blood immediately before using it?

Zappy - But there isn't any blood? You have to wait a while and by that point the silly thing has burnt the guy halfway to kingdom come :-( Also, does anyone have any hints as far as blowing up the chip without getting a MISS - Wrong Spot! ?

And how in the bloody HELL do I get an A on Dr. Bleed? I don't think I can put his poor ribcage back together any faster than I'm going....

It pulls the blood out of the wound. That's how I got through it. Also, when the heart rate goes down some, use the emergency thing they talked about (the gel+Syringe).

Bylena - RIGHT?!? I've been trying with Eddy for a hot MINUTE now, and can't do better than a C... And that's about how fast I went with Bleed,also and yeah. No better than a B :-(

Does anyone have any more hints about those exploding chips?

OK - I found a post on the Adult Swim forums: ""B" is the best I've gotten on Eddy and I did that by giving him two injections before I even cut him open. Not only did it keep me from having to mess around with injections during the middle of the op (and breaking my combos doing so), but it got me some blood to start with. Still had to keep from burning him though, which was tricky enough that I don't think I could do it again. "

Finally, got through the first guy (pun not intented!) It helps if you use the number keys on the top of your keyboard to switch tools. Every saved second counts.

I'm on the girl now. Does anyone know what to do after you take out part of her brain?

Anyway, just a hint for Joe. Ted(the worm) can be zapped while he is still underneath. You have to imagine the direction it is in and zap there. That way you can continue your combo. Oh yeah. I also got an A for this =P

Erm...Not sure...When inside, I sliced the two poison spots on the right first and sucked them at the same time. Then quickly got rid of the one on the left. After that pumped alot of the gel into him before burning the wounds.
If the poison gets too big, and a smaller cloud appears, I suggest sucking up the poison before slicing the smaller cloud.

After you take the black-things out (I suggest doing the two closest to each other first), cut the skin to get the poison out and quickly hit the seven key at the top of the keyboard (it's best if you prepare yourself to do use the number keys at the top of the keyboard). That's really all the hints I can give you.

To get the pimp blinged out, you have to put the staples in correctly.. one on each corner of the gold plate, one for the dot of the "i" in pimp on the gold plate, and one on each nipple.. should do the trick.. then you'll unlock a secret

Hm. From what I've read, the pimp operation had the meter, that's why they could figure out that they could get a secret from there. From other operations, I don't think it would be that easy.

I used it in bursts. Use it for a second, then move it to another spot. It seemed to be more effective that way. It seems to work better if you don't place it directly over the poison too.

oh poo. That doesn't seem to help either. I hate the vacuum. I'm keeping the cursor on the red bar and it just doesn't seem to go fast enough! I've read enough hints to know that I'm supposed to slit the right two poison things on the inside first and position the vacuum between them, but it's just not going fast enough for me to move on to the next poison spot without him hemmoraging everywhere or the last poison spot growing to epic proportions. Anyone have any other hints?

Actually - I'm on the adult swim forum too - The moderator (and from what I can gather, one of the game's programmers/producers, I'm not sure which) said that the FIRST key can be found in Act II, and from what I can tell from the forum it's the only key that they have programmed into the game so far. I'll try and find the post and repost it on here.

Erm: actually the moderator dude Swim_Ceej said "One key can be found in Act II", and another post said "we will git the keys in acts 2 and 3 to open up the bonius stange..."

English a little funky, I know, but the gist is there :-)

You know... come to think of it tho, I guess it makes logical sense that the key for the robot guy should be in the first Act... especially seeing as the key from Act II opened the second guy in the secret file... I've been hunting though, and I can't find anyone who says they've been able to find a key in the first act... I'll keep figuring....

The secret to Eddy part 2 is to pump up his heart rate to around 90 before you go inside. When you're inside cut the clouds all three of them. Put the vacuum in the middle of the two clouds, with the third place the vacuum just under the poison. If another cloud appears cut it before it grows too big. After all the poison is sucked up, seal the wounds and disinfect them. After all that do the kidney. You should be done with about 45 to 30 seconds left. It may not be pretty but it works for me.

Im not sure where most of yall are but i just started act 2 and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO WITH VALERIE, i have already chainsaw2ed her entire scalp, then took out the black part of her brain and removed what looks to be shards of glass and healed the wounds from that, but then im stuck

There are a couple of tricks for Karl - I just went as fast as I could, but you can't make ONE mistake or he crashes. Another hint I found was NOT to cauterize any of his cuts for a little bit. That ways he bleeds and his heart rate goes down a bit. You can't leave him bleeding out for a long time tho, but that might give you the extra time you need to finish.

Joe has a worm inside, you need to fry the worm with the battery and when it dies cut it out. Beware if you miss the worm and shock Joe, he will flatline. Be carefull and it is a double act.

I can't do eddy 2.... also how do you open the secret files. I read that you have to max your pimp meter on that one guy but so far I can't manage

The trick is, let him bleed while you cut and suction all the poison... then use the scanner and take out coffee packets... and THEN cauterise and heal.

With a double act i meant you won't get the worm first time out, you need to make another cut. Zap him and finally cut him out. So zap him three times make a cut zap him another three times.

EDIT: to kill the worm there will be two scenes and from one scene to another you will make a cut.

Someone gave a hint earlier that you can zap the worm by following the trail of cuts and zapping him before he even gets to make a huge hole. I tried that way and only had the worm doing two cuts before he could make a hole. Try to zap him three times in a row before the hole and you should only have 2-3 cuts. He gets to be easy after some practice.

For Brutality, cut open the top two spots and vacuum between them, then leave them open while you do the bottom one. Once you have it all out, cauterise and heal.

It's already been printed here, but to unlock one of the secrets:

on the guy with the pimp-o-meter, you want to place those fancy stapes as follows: one in the dot of the i on the pimp sign, and one in each corner. You also want to give him piercings before you close him up.

That should do it. Good luck!

Help PLEASE!

I've been playing the game for weeks. There are only 4 left I do not have A's on, and these are my specific questions:

1) Bleed (162, 0:20, B)... I know, this has been discussed to death, but if anyone has any secrets that would be mighty helpful!

2) Jack (81,644, 1:25, B)... I keep the combo going all the way to the end, until you have to gel the 2 lungs... I always get 'okay'! I can't
do it fast enough! is it possible?

3) Donny (3,144, 1:21, B)... I think, again, its just speed issues. Any hints?

4) Eddy Act 2 (34,04, 4:06, C)... I have a C on it and its killing me. What's the best order to go about this?

PLEASE HELP. Any tidbits would be great, I'm trying to get all A's before Act 3 begins.

I can't get past the hillbilly. I extract the porcupine needles, staple the wounds, burn them closed, use the pain gel and keep using the corkscrew and pain gel until the time runs out. What else am I supposed to do to complete his surgery?

I haven't played this for awhile, but I know on several of them I would miss a very small cut, that I almost didn't notice. Also, I'm not sure how far along you are, but if you're able to the x-ray yet, give that a try, too. ;) If not, just look really closely for cuts that don't have needles in them. :) Little droplets of blood will slowly appear around the cuts. I hope I was helpful.

Did you know to kill the scorpions? Anyway, it's the chainsaw. For me, I try to kill them close together, then quickly suck up the poison.
If you're doing the one with the big hole, as soon as you remove the poison, quickly cut the hole and reveal the giant scorpion and kill it...and after that, if you're running out of health, just use the corkscrew with the painkiller.

Che. I got Peter with only 32 seconds left >.> Too close for comfort.

Hahaha. Now on Junk. This one is really interesting =D lol.

You have to use the battery to zap the part where you think the worm is crawling at(where the cut appears) then quickly switch to the chainsaw and cut it. I suggest using the number keys for this level. Then zap whatever comes out of the worm, then quickly zap the body once to get his heart rate back to 5 and pump alot of pain medicine in.
You must do this very quickly, especially the zapping part.

Also, I think you have to repeat this 3 times. And each time a different type of bug appears and you'll need a different method to kill them.

MWAHAHAHAHA! I've finished Act 3!!!! Yahoo!
Oh yeah, you automatically unlock a secret file for completing Act 3.
Dang. I've done the 3rd Secret character but still have not unlocked the first. I'm thinking that we have to do something in Act 1 to unlock it. =(

Which part? Before you cut him open, pump his heart rate to around 40.
When you go in, just kill the scorpions first then remove the poison.
When you uncover the big hole, kill the 3 scorpions as close together as possible. Suck up the poison and chainsaw the hole quickly. Don't bother with the minor cuts. They won't kill him that quickly. The yellow scorpion should emerge. Kill the black ones first and you can leave the big one alone for now. It doesn't really do much. Suck up the poison, and if you want, close up some of the holes. Then, kill the big one and the three mini ones that appear after that. It's important to focus on the poison and it will expand and cause more damage to extract.

I was able to unlock bum after doing something on the Meatsack Jack level. I unfortunately do not know what I did. All I can say is that I was trying to fix his lungs as fast as I could, so you might want to try that. I think that's how I unlocked Bum.

Okay...Firstly, if it's a problem with heart rate, just pump his heart up to 40+ before starting the next step.

Anyway, for the big hole, cut it open, cut the poison and suck them up at the same time. Then, ignore the cuts first and quickly zap the hole and the giant spider. Then tend to the cuts. Before doing the next one, pump his heart up again.

That's generally what you need to do.

I can't garuntee it'll work, but try to get as high of a score when fixing his lungs. Don't get an O.K or Good. Great or Awesome is what I got on him, so you have to cauterize and gel like mad. You might want to use the numbers to automatically select the tools.

I've beaten the game and would like to try and help any one who needs a hint of what to do. Don't hesitate to ask.

Hmmmm, that's a tough one. I suggest using your number buttons on the keyboard for quick change of tools for one things.

When dealing with his heart rate, don't worry too much about it. When first going into a new region of his body, you have to use the battery to get the creature to come out, then you chainsaw it, then you use the battery or whatever is needed, to kill the thing that comes out, and the heal him with the battery. Then use the Corkscrew and Gel over a wound so you don't cause a new one and start healing him. You're gonna have to do this each time you visit a new part of his body to fight the smaller creatures.

When dealing with the spiders, whenever you use the Etchy Sketchy to find them, get rid of the hole as fast as you can, as it drops the heart rate quickly. Then try to get rid of all the poison at once. You may not be able to get a "Great" or "Awesome", but at least you'll be able to get rid of it.

When dealing with the ants, you basically just want to be extremely careful not to miss them while using the battery. As long as you avoid that, you should be fine. Also, in case of emergency, you might want to have some blood in the vacuum as the ants might start a fire.

When dealing with the lobsters, you might want to leave the big, gold lobster alone to heal Horrace a little. It well pretty much just wonder around, causing slight damage, but not as much as the three lobster that will come out when you cut it. When you have the heart rate to a good high level, you want to cut the lobster close to each other, and then work quickly to deal with all the poison and cuts. The lighter might cause problems here, because sometimes the stupid thing doesn't work too well.

For Horace, as soon as you've sucked up all the poison, quickly inject him with the pain meds until around 20+. That should solve the bleeding problem.

2. cut the yellow tags on the wires
3. remove the firing pins in the tubes at the bottom (just click the middle of the tube and SLOWLY remove the pins)
4. Burn the fuses

I get through the poison, burns and shards somewhat quickly, but the tapeworm is killing me. I cant keep up with the bleeding, and if I try to boost his heart rate before going in, I dont have enough time to finish. The only strategy that gets me close is keeping my fingers on the 3 and 9 and burning the slits shut as they appear and then zapping the worm when he comes out. I still cant seem to get it right though. Anyone else having trouble with this?

**I just learned that you can zap the worm more than once when it pops out, have to be careful though**

I still have yet to pass this level, but here is my strategy thus far:

1. Dont bother juicing him up. Place fingers over keys 7 and 9, and select the cutter.
2. Cut him open. Immediately select the battery (#9) and zap him right away. His heart will stop so move quickly. Then immediately select the chainsaw (#7) and hit the centipede. And again, immediately select the battery, hit the spider and again to start the heart.
3. Now spend this time to juice him up to about 60. Close the wounds.
4. Use the etchy sketchy to find the nest. Cut open the nest, treat the poison (dont bother healing the wounds yet). Zap the nest until the spider comes out and zap him quickly. Treat remaining poison and close all wounds. Repeat for the next nest. Remember to treat the poison individually, if you wait youll make too many cuts and he will bleed to death.

1. Follow step one and two from the spider section.
2. You will probably miss an ant or two, so juice him up just a little (15 or so).
3. Follow the same procedure and find the nests and destroy the ants. Treat the burns in between to reserve his heart rate. Take your time when killing the ants, they only cause burns, and missing them means stopping his heart.

1. Follow same procedure as spiders, but after you chainsaw the centipede, immediately start the heart, and juice him up before attempting the scorpion.
2. When he has about 40-50, chainsaw the scorpion A LOT. He will split into smaller scorpions.
3. Kill each scorpion individually, treating poison and wounds in between.

That is as far as I got, so there is no telling what comes after scorpions!

Haha. Luckily for you, after the scorpions, there aren't anymore. Only closing up his wounds. Anyway, my strategy is a little different.

I don't really bother about the cuts. I'd rather cut open all the poison and suck them up at the same time. I usually pump his heart up to 40 before opening nest, and when I've removed all the poison, usually left with 10bpm. So I just pump more meds and begin closing them up. If you wait for the poison for too long, and it gets big and the poison will spread.

For the ants, just make sure to be accurate.

For scorpion, same thing as spiders. Ignore all the cuts and just remove all poison. Also, note that the gold scorpion won't injure Dwayne/Horace. You can take that time to pump up his heart before chainsaw-ing it.

That's not the heart. It's the king leech, you're supposed to burn it with the lighter, and then three more leeches will come out and then you do the same thing to them. Don't mistake the king leech for the heart.

Calm down, both of ya. Yes act three is hard, but it makes it more fun actually. Once you figure it out it's easy, in fact, Horrace 2 is actually easy now......yes I play the game a lot. But at the same time, you really shouldn't post on forums and complain that you're having trouble beating the game. You should come to this forum for advice and what not.

Also, is anyone having a lot of trouble getting an A on Donny and Gut (the first time)? I go really fast on Guts to get the magnet out and I still can't get an A on him, I have no idea why. And Donny is just really hard for some reason, no matter how hard I try I can't get an A on him.

But, I got an A on Bleed the first one, Karl, Peter the first and second, Eddy the first and second, and Trent first and second, and Jack. God, what a pain they all are!

Can anyone tell me what to do with Lumbar in the first Act? I open him up, clean up the 2 poison spots but then what? Everything I try just hurts him. Thanks.

Err. Did you close the cuts you made to extract the poison? >.> That's all you need to do for Lumber. Cut poison clouds, vacuum up, close cuts.

For the first part, only 2. However, if you're slow, the poison cloud might expand and when it's cut, a smaller poison cloud will break off the big cloud.

1. Use the Etchy Sketchy to find the order of colored wires to cut
2. cut the yellow tags on the wires
3. remove the firing pins in the tubes at the bottom (just click the middle of the tube and SLOWLY remove the pins)
4. Burn the fuses

:( :( :( apparently, even though I move slower than a snail at point #3, I get the "too fast" wrong sign....any tips? I click middle of metal box, drag SLOWLY down, and as soon as the arrow tip hits the bottom to come out, thats when I get the wrong sign...:(:(:(

I am so frustrated. I cannot get passed Lumbar. I open him up, cut each poison spot 3 times until it says OK, vacuum both until it says OK, cauterize both until it says OK, and gel both until it says OK. Then I just sit there! Tiny tiny little white spots appear that I can vacuum up but everything else I do just hurts him. This is a fantastic game and I'd love to go on but it seems I'm totally stuck where everyone else has flown past. What am I doing wrong???

PS Never mind. I can't believe how silly I am. I wasn't cauterizing and gelling 'each' of the 3 cuts, just once per poison spot. AHHHHH!!!

Bum, heard it has something to do with Jack in Act 1. Delerium is unlocked when you finish Act 3.

Actually, Jeral, what I said earlier about Meat Sack Jack is incorrect. To unlock Bum, you have to get a score of 1,000,000 points total. That score is a the bottom right hand corner on the patient selection page. I just happened to do that on the Meat Sack Jack Level.

The way you get a higher score is to do better on an operation. You can't get the same rating, or the points won't be added. Therefore, if you have B's and C's, you might want to get those up to A's.

There's really no need for a walkthrough. Mostly depends on the player's speed and skill. Maybe just tell them some tips for the trickier operations.

I know he's an Act 2 guy, but you never know when a new player comes along.

My way of beating Karl, the coffee addict, is just cutting the three big coffee spots when you first open him up. Leave the cuts there after you get rid of the coffee to keep his heart rate in balance. Then deal with the coffee. In between taking out the coffee packages and healing the cuts and wound, suck up the blood that will accumullate. When trying to get an A on a person with poison, blood will only get in the way, so it's important to try and get rid of it.

Once you've gotten the packets out, then take care of the cuts you left earlier. This is how I got an A on Karl.

Hole thing? You mean the thing you cut out when you find it with the Etchy Sketchy? You just zap that thing with the Car Battery. You need to do it fast because that thing causes the heart rate to go down quick. Then you zap the spider and then you take care of the poison.

Dang. Jack is hard to get A...Can't cauterize him fast enough.

actually i had to get 1000000 points then beat the game to unlock bum but others just got 1000000 points then unlocked him but what do i care bum is glitching for me anyway nothing appears when i start

how do you start bum is he like everyone else with the yellow line appearing or not one does not show up on my screen

there is actually no secret to get bum you need 1 million points most people completed this on jack in act 1 so they thought he was the secret stuporman idk how to get him and delirium beat the game

The way you get Stuporman is by doing things on Donny. You must use the stapler on his nipples and on the "I" in the golden Pimp thing you insert into his ribcage. Basically, you have to fill the pimp meter all the way to the top.

I'm completely stuck with Peter Act 3, have been stuck on this for the past couple of hours now, I just keep running out of time, the cuts won't cauterize any quicker than they have been, is there any way at all that I can do it for it to be quicker, I mean, is there a specific spot on each of the cuts that I need to be aiming for in order for it to cauterize any quicker...?

Please help, this is doing my head in completely...

Don't know if you've already tried this, but anyway: Try to memorize the location of the nails, then cut them all out at the same time. I thought that the X-ray thing slowed things down to much.

am i late on this game...haven't been on gamershood in a while :( busy with work. just discovered the 2nd version a few days ago and got fed up. decided to try first. enjoyed it so far and it's not too hard. am suck on file 2 - carl. i think the heart rate gets too high and then he dies. it always says "patient crashed" any tips?

edit: but you know what? I don't think I am screwing up. I cut him open, get the first part with the poisen out then use the etch-a-scetch to see where the dark spots are. I cut them open and as soon as I get the coffee out, the poisen comes and I slice him to get it out and suck it up. The minute I start slicing, the heart rate goes to 0 and he dies before i can do anything. i'm not sure what i'm doing that's wrong...??
