Couldn't get past the crosses one that gives you "70 seconds".

really its not a matter of beating the snakes but
avoiding them all together. instead of going for the door in the room before the snake pit, go left, you will fall through a secret passageway.

I'm totally stuck on the level where it says that the level is cpu intensive and to upgrade your machine. I missed the jump onto the locks that go across the screen. There is no room to jump from the top of the one vertical lock to the other section that I accidentally jumped off of. Am I going to have to start the whole game completely over to beat this level, now or is there something I'm not seeing?
