A bit simpler than some, but hopefully still fun

EDIT: ok, maybe riddles are only really easy when you know all the answers

Some easy riddle. I'm stuck on level 4.
I've tried all the usual ciphers but none have worked.
I know what the page title means but I'm not sre how to apply that to the page.

Hi,

Again disagree on how easy it is, mind you have never been particularly brilliant at them! I am stuck on level 5 cannot crack the code.
